Claudio Taglialatela, 22 anni.
Studente universitario di Portici, viene ucciso il 9 dicembre 2003, durante una rapina in via Seggio del Popolo a Napoli, nei pressi della centralissima via Duomo.
Claudio quella sera era in auto e attendeva che un suo amico uscisse dal portone di casa. Mentre aspetta, con il cellulare avverte l’amico che avrebbe fatto il giro dell’isolato. Proprio la scelta di muoversi induce i rapinatori, che lo tenevano d’occhio, a sparare. Claudio verrà ritrovato accasciato esamine sul sediolino.
Il presunto killer viene fermato pochi giorni dopo il delitto. L’uomo si suiciderà in carcere nel gennaio del 2005.
Claudio Tagliatatela è riconosciuto vittima innocente della criminalità organizzata dal Ministero dell’Interno.

On December 9th, 2003, Claudio Tagliatella, a university student, was killed during a robbery on the road of Sergio Del Popolo in Naples, near the central street of Duomo.
That night Claudio was waiting for his friends in his car. While waiting, he used his phone to tell his friends he would walk around the corner to meet them. The robbers, who had been lying in wait, saw Claudio begin to move and opened fire upon him. He was found dead in his car seat.
The alleged killer was stopped a few days after the crime and convicted. In 2005, while in prison, the perpetrator of the crime killed himself.
Claudio Tagliatatela was declared a innocent victim of organized crime by the Interior Ministry of Naples.
