Il 31 dicembre 2007 Giuseppe, giovane carrozziere di trent’anni, viene colpito in casa da un proiettile vagante mentre festeggiava l’ultimo giorno dell’anno con la sua giovane moglie e con sua figlia di poco più di un anno.
Nel 2013 le indagini sull’omicidio di Giuseppe sono archiviate. Il procuratore occupatosi del caso lo definisce un omicidio di camorra.
Nel 2014 arriva una svolta nelle indagini grazie a due collaboratori di giustizia. La soffiata permette di identificare il nome di un responsabile che resta indagato a piede libero, non avendo gli inquirenti ritrovato riscontri.

On December 31, 2007 Giuseppe, a young 30 year old bodybuilder, was hit at home by a stray bullet while celebrating New Year's Eve with his young wife and daughter just over a year old.
In 2013, the investigation into the murder of Joseph had stalled but the lead investigator classified the killing as done by the Cammora.
In 2014 a breakthrough in the investigation occurred as two cooperating witnesses stepped forward. The tip allowed investigators to find the name of the leader who killed Giuseppe but his whereabouts are currently unknown.
